The specs of 25 best-selling knee and leg pillows in one table. Listings bury the number that matters most, how far apart the pillow holds your knees, so every thickness here says where it came from.

Thickness labels: stated means the listing gives it clearly. worked out means I calculated it from stated numbers. unclear means several numbers are given and it's impossible to tell which is the knee gap. contradicts itself means the listing gives two different values. Not sure what thickness you need? Start with the towel test.

Prices, ratings and ranks as of October 5, 2026; they change daily. Listed thickness is the outer height. Contoured pillows hold the knees a little closer than that, as the thickness guide explains. Product links are plain links; this site earns nothing from them.

How this table was made

The pillows are the between-the-knees models in Amazon US's best-seller list for leg positioner pillows (ranks 1 to 77), plus one from its medical-pillow list and two brands that sell direct. Elevation wedges and under-knee bolsters do a different job and are left out. The one body pillow is here for comparison. Every number comes from the listing text or the manufacturer's own page.
